Every fall, "cozy season" completely dominates social feeds, creating a crowded digital landscape where traditional food advertising easily gets lost. Farm Rich didn’t have a relevance problem—it had a cultural opportunity. The challenge was finding an earned, unexpected way for a freezer-aisle brand to show up inside that seasonal moment without feeling like traditional advertising.
During the fall, consumers actively seek comfort in two primary forms: the food they eat and the clothes they wear. Instead of simply talking about comfort food, we saw an opportunity to merge those two expressions into a single, tangible experience. By treating Farm Rich’s most iconic product as the literal embodiment of "comfort food," we transformed a beloved snack into a high-fashion, sensory accessory built for peak autumn.
We launched the Mozzarella Stick Scarf, a wonderfully absurd, hand-knit, limited-edition accessory engineered with stretchy core fibers that recreate a satisfying, viral-ready "cheese pull". The campaign debuted on day one of fall with a hero video, amplified through boosted content, targeted PR, and strategic influencer seeding. Fashion, food, and lifestyle creators framed their posts as standard "Fall Outfit" reveals before surprising their audiences with the interactive "Cheese Pull". To drive maximum buzz and turn the stunt into a headline-worthy cultural moment, the scarves were kept strictly unavailable for retail and distributed exclusively through social giveaways, transforming them into a coveted badge of fandom.
